My first item did not make it in time, it would have but the post office lost it. After I contacted Gear bubble a replacement was issued and sent out quickly, everyone was very helpful and kept me up to date through out the entire process. in the meantime i guess the post office located my original and I received it a few days before I received the replacement, now I have 2, of which I don't need and would like to return to you.  May I suggest a different concept on packaging, as it looks like my order in that small envelope was caught up in a conveyer belt which led to it being lost. Overall I'm satisfied, I just wish it would have gotten here in time for me to send it to the person for whom it was intended for.

As I posted on Facebook.  I feel ripped off paying $30 for a Cracker Jack quality item.  Funny, you were the first to give my Facebook statement a "Like".  It really is a cheep hunk of junk.  Never again.

I loved it,it truely came out lovely.  You guys really did a great job making the Viking Protection Necklace.  I am glad that I bought two, One for my husband and the other one for myself. Great job guys on a job well done.
