I received my order today and couldn't wait to open it. I am quite pleased with the mugs. They are exactly as pictured in the ad.  I just wished I had ordered 4 instead of just 3 mugs.  Extremely satisfied with the product, price and speedy delivery, not to mention the excellent safe packaging.  Arrived as promised and loved the updates from the order placement right up to delivery. I bought this for a friend whose mom just passed away from cancer. I was anxious to see the results and give it to her. But when I opened the box, I was very dissappointed with the results. When I typed in the name MOM it was small and crowded, I thought since you knew what I wanted it to say you would spread it out on the top and center it make it about the same size as the rest of the writing on the mug.  I honestly am embarrassed to give it to her because it looks dumb and is hard to read. I wanted this as a tribute for her mother. I would have sent it back but someone threw the box away. If I could send it back and it could be done properly, I would be very greatful. I would need a return address.

I gave this mug to my daughter who lost her son when he was 7. She loved it and said it brought tears to her eyes! His sisters and brother thought it was the BEST!!  Thank you for caring!!
